“With the PS5 coming out, does this tv support a 120 refresh rate for the PS5 because everywhere I look it says it’s a 120 refresh rate but when I check the HDMI settings on the tv, there’s 3 options and it says the highest it goes is 60HZ”

No it’s not 120hz. You want the mini-led model which is a little more expensive. I also do not believe that one is a roku tv.
