  • Q: How does Roku ULTRA streaming device compare to this TV with Roku already on it? Roku streams 4k?  (1 Answer)

    By Rocco

    • Best answerThis is a 4K UHD TV, and is therefore capable of streaming 4K and upscaling. Our TCL Roku TV provides a similar experience, and receives continual updates like the traditional Roku devices. Our TV also provides super quick navigation, high refresh rate, ultra-low lag, and dedicated game mode for gaming. By having the Roku device incorporated into the TV it allows an addition HDMI to be open for other devices to connect to. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

  • Q: Is there a particular hdmi cable that is recommended to get the most out of the 4k and UHD?  (2 Answers)

    By Steve

    • Best answerYou would simply want to use any recent (past couple of years) fast-speed HDMI cable. Also ensure that your HDMI port is set to 2.0. To do this you would go to Home>Settings>TV Inputs>Select the HDMI you're trying to use>HDMI Mode>2.0. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

    • Best answerYes, it works like any wireless device. I have this tv in my bedroom upstairs and my internet is downstairs in the living room. I subscribe to Xfinity cable, but don't have a cable box in the bedroom. So I watch xfinity thru the app I installed on the tv (similar to what you'll do for ROKU). Every now and then it says I'm not connected to the internet, but I just refresh the connection in the settings and it's fine. Hope this helped. :)
