• Pretty sure the High Speed HDMI that came with the Xbox supports 4k. But yes it will display 10bit 4k 60hz HDR10 and supports Dolby Vision with Xbox one S.

• I am making an assumption that you already have an HDMI cable for you XBOX One S. Your current HDMI cable will work fine, I have an XBOX One X with the output setting to 4K with an HDMI cable I have for at least 5 years and have had no issues.
