“I already have a universal wall mount with 200 x 200. However, the back of the TV has 2 extenders in the top mounting holes and none on the bottom ones. How am I supposed to mount it? If I screw the top mount, the bottom isn't flush. Why the extenders?”

This is how the TV is designed. You can still mount it with those spacers attached. Although the mount will not be flush, the TV should still sit correctly. Additionally, some customers have removed the spacers as they should be easy to unscrew, and stored in case you want to use them someday. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
