“On the box itself it says it has eco modes. I can’t seem to be able to put it on eco mode. Is there eco mode for this model?”

The H10P36W AC should indeed have ECO mode. To access it, you would press the "Mode" button repeatedly until the "ECO" indicator appears on the display.
