• There is a Netflix button. Amazon is accessed through the on screen menu. It very easy to use

• Netflix and Amazon Prime are both streaming buttons. The other two are Hulu and Sling TV.

• Netflix,Sling,Hulu,Direct T.V Now are on the remote for a quick direct launch of the app, but i would like to mention that all theirs are relativity very easy to access

• The buttons located on the lower portion of the TCL Roku Remote are our partner buttons. They are designated at a factory level with some variation, and cannot be reprogrammed. They are intended to be shortcut buttons to select streaming channels. They are shown with generic colors in photos as there is different variations of buttons. Hope this helps!
