• Yes you can, the TV also has a coaxial input as well as RCA component inputs.

• Unfortunately, the tv only comes equipped with hdmi and USB ports but I’m sure you can find adaptors online for your VCR. VCR is old technology, so I wouldn’t expect great video quality.
