• You would need to contact your local Best Buy store. That's what we had to do when we replaced several of our churches televisions. They can walk you through it.

• I don't think it's possible, because you have to show the tax exemption card. Maybe if you have a photo copy of it or if you do it directly with a person on the line. Good luck and God bless
