QuestionI can't believe nobody has asked this question but does it have an ethernet port or is it strictly wifi. I can't find anything in the specs that answer this.

- Answer 100 is as high as the native TV speakers allow the TV to go. To further increase volume you would need to add an external speaker or sound bar. Thank you, TCL Customer Support

QuestionWhy does the add say it is a 49" and the description say 40". Is this a 49 or 40 inch TV?

- Answer I had the same question when we purchased the TV. It is the 49. Why it has both sizes, I still don't. But it measures 49 diagonally, which is they way TVs are measured, it is a good sized TV, great picture and great apps. We bought it for our spare bedroom, but we will go I and watch it from time to time.
