“Do you have to use the drain hose or can you get away with only the bucket”

• You do not need to use a drain hose. The unit should automatically turn off once the bucket is full. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

• You don’t have to use any drain hose. In fact - although many listings mislead, or is not clear, saying this comes with a hose… it does NOT.
