This is a smart tv, so it has all the apps built in, like netflix, hulu, etc. Android TV is the operating system. Other tv's might have roku or amazon fire built in. After using roku, I really like android tv

This is a smart tv. It has all the apps built in, like netflix, hulu, etc. Android TV is the operating system. Some others have roku or amazon fire built in. The difference is in the look, feel, etc. I'm sure you can find more details on the specific differences. But, after using roku, I really like android TV
