“How is the remote response on the apps interface? Does it lag or is it pretty smooth.”

• The remote response is good. When navigating, pressing left, right, up, down it responds just as quickly as you'd expect. When launching an app though, or something else processor "intensive", then there is a little bit of a lag. That has to do with the processing though, not the remote. I found this tv's Android TV OS to be a bit laggier than my existing Roku 4k box so I'm just sticking with that instead.
