“Can the remote be programmed to control a DVD player?”

• no..you can use the roku remote to switch to your dvd/blu ray player.. but u need your dvd remote to turn on dvd and select etc

• The remote that comes with the TV is not designed to control external devices. Our TVs are compatible with most Universal and cable remotes. Many Universal and cable box remotes can be programmed to control select features on the TV. You can visit https://support.tcl.com/us-remote-codes for more information.
