“I have a small digital antenna on my wall for my TCL - 50" Class 4 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV but cannot not get CC, my old tv worked fine, any suggestions? I went to accessibility and selected CC but it doesn't work.”

If you're using an antenna to pull in digital content it should still give you that option to pull in closed captioning because it should come from the broadcaster and come inside with your television if you just go into the settings or even pulling in digital content there should be a closed caption button it may be different through streaming device versus pulling strictly digital content
