Does this have closed captioning? null

Yes. This TV has closed captioning. It is available in the apps as well. For the TV itself I'm not sure all you need to do is say to the TV turn on CC or turn off CC and it'll happen. It can also be figured to different formats and locations on your screen. Here's an image of closed captioning on a CNN program.
