“where are the manual controls located? i am not happy not being able to select anything unless i have a remote. i cant even find a compatible app to use. each one i have downloaded do not list tcl as a tv”

This TCL Roku TV has a physical power button located at the middle bottom of the TV under the TCL logo. Additionally, you can download the free Roku mobile app on your Smartphone or tablet to use as a remote. Through the Roku mobile app, you gain access to power toggle, volume toggle, private listening, voice search, and more. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The TCL does have a Power button in the center right behind the light underneath it. It’s also considered a Roku TV, and there are many apps to control it under that name . The manual recommends just searching for Roku app
