There should be a prompt message when you set up your TV asking what room this TV is located in ,that should fix the problem with the remote . May have to reset your TV to reprogram remote as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That is weird - we have 3 in the same house and haven't had this problem. If you use your cell phone you can download the ROKU app and add each TV . Then you can choose either TV and use your cell phone as the remote.
