I find that the 1Mii Bluetooth 5.0 + APTX transmitter and 1Mii Bluetooth 5.0 + APTX headphones work reliably with this TV. They are sold on that website named after the longest river in South America. BTW, I have no connection to either party other than being a customer. You can plug the transmitter into the TV's headphones output using the included 3.5mm cable. It will mute the TV's speakers though. Alternatively, if you prefer to keep the audio in the digital domain until it reaches the Bluetooth headphones (or Bluetooth speakers as the case may be), you can connect the Bluetooth transmitter to the TV's optical out which doesn't mute the TV's speakers. The APTX technology provides low-latency over Bluetooth so the audio lipsyncs well with the video. Without APTX, the delay is objectionable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Under settings - remotes and devices - there is an option to pair a speaker - have you tried that for Bluetooth connection I don’t have my Bluetooth speaker any more so I couldn’t experiment Also under audio is an option to turn the TV speakers off so I assume this is for after you’ve paired a Bluetooth speaker Just a guess Hope it helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Currently, our TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. For Headphones, there is a Headphone jack on the back of the TV, or you can download the Free Roku app for private listening. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
