“My dvd/vcr combo has an hdmi port. Can I connect directly to this TV using the cable that came with the dvd player? What hdmi port would I use on the TV? If i can do this, will there still be an appropriate port available for a sound bar on the TV”

• You may use any HDMI port. I prefer port 2 because my cable box is on HDMI 1. I used the optical connection for the soundbar

• There are 3 HDMI ports. You designate which devise is in each port when you go thru set up.
