“Is it recommended to wait or week or more before changing the color/picture settings on a new TV?”

• You can change the color as soon as you get the TV I did with mine. Also a side note make sure action smoothing is turned off you will see blurry motion if it is turned on.

• I cannot imagine why you would do that. Picture on this model is spectacular, and colors were stable from the first time we turned it on. Have used for about a month now.
