“I recently bought this TV and even with an HDMI 2.1 cord and the 2.1 setting, it still is only getting 60HZ even from the ports that say they get 120Hz. What could I be missing? Thanks”

• Is the source capable of 120hz? Did you turn on 120 hz in the tv settings? Needs to be manually turned on.
