Is it possible to listen to the internal speakers while a pillow speaker is plugged into the headphone jack? I was able to do this with my 40” Insignia without issue, but on this TV the audio options are greyed out when my pillow speaker is plugged in. null

If something is plugged into the headphone jack, the internal speakers will be automatically disabled. There are no settings to override this. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
