“Why can I not get my over the air antenna program guide without being connected to the internet?”

The TV needs to be connected to the Internet in order to obtain the information needed to fill out the program guide. The over the air signal does not initially have this information and needs to pull it from the Internet in order to display it. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure, but I strongly suspect it's because the set uses Roku as a Guide rather than an OTA Program Guide, which is why you need to be connected to the Internet.
