“is the remote voice controlled?”

• The remote for this version of the TCL 6-series (55R615) does not have a voice-control (the 55R617 sold by other retailers does). However, if you have a Roku voice remote from another Roku device, or purchase one from Roku or another retailer, it should sync up - we were able to sync both the voice remote from our Roku 3 as well as a newer "Enhanced Voice Remote" purchased from Roku directly to our 55R615 from Best Buy with no issues.

• Not on the Best Buy 615 model. The 617 model does.

• No. But the Roku app available for smartphones allows you to control the TV and use voice commands.

• This TCL Roku TV comes with a standard IR TCL Roku remote, and does not have voice control built into the remote. However, you can download the free Roku mobile app on your Smartphone or tablet to use as a remote. Through the Roku mobile app, you gain access to power toggle, volume toggle, private listening, voice search, voice control, and more. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
