Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you are trying to stream from an external device, please make sure that the HDMI port is set to 2.0. In order to do this, you would go to Home>Settings>TV Inputs>HDMI(port being used)>HDMI mode>HDMI 2.0. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
