“I bought this for my daughter, who did all the research, and so far it's a good t.v. However, I just noticed there are no audio settings available outside of what's included in the ROKU interface. Am I missing something?”

There are options available to adjust the audio settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can find other audio and closed caption settings by going to Home>Settings>Accessibility(for closed caption) or Audio. The remote that comes with the TV also has volume buttons located on the right-hand side. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
