• Yes it does. There is a side mounted headphone jack as well as a TOS-link Fiber Optic output that some headphones utilize or you could download the Roku App and listen to the TV’s audio via your smart phone or Bluetooth/wired headphones

• The remote does not have a headphone jack on it. However, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet.
