“Had the TV for about a year. We turn it on, the screen stays black but you can hear whatever channel is on the TV but no picture. My husband has to unplug then plug back in the power cord every time for screen to come on. Any suggestions?”

• We had to return ours on a service plan with Geek Squad. . No parts for this problem. We won't buy it again.
