“TCL 55R615 TV Internet connection suddenly stopped working - both wireless and wired. Internet (AT&T fiberoptics) working great on all other devices (e.g. PCs). Reset TV and tried to set up both wireless and wired. Both attempts failed. HELP!!”

Try going to your password and hit connect. Probably got to try it twice it should connect unless you got too many devices connected to your wifi. If not turn, see whos using the wifi sonetimes hackers get messy.
