I had the same problem, but figured it out... You need to turn on the "standby" option on the CEC settings. Go to Home>Settings>System>Control Other Devices (CEC) Make sure the "System Standby" option is checked. Ta Da! Hope that helps! Erik

Please try again later.The setting for this in the TCL Roku TV would be accessed by going to Home>Settings>System>Control Other Devices (CEC) and checking the box that says "System Standby".
