Q: QuestionFrom what I’ve read, on the 4 series there is no option to disable the soap opera mode. Is this true? Motion blur or smoothing or whatever it’s called in the menu. I know that on the 6 series you can. I can’t stand that soap opera effect.
Asked by Lonnie.
- A:Answer Typically, the "soap opera effect" is caused by interpolation. This TCL Roku TV does not feature interpolation, so there is no setting to adjust for it. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

Q: QuestionWhat speed is the WIFI and the Wired Ethernet port on the TV? Am I able to 5G? Thanks
Asked by RayP.
- A:Answer The wired connection on all my tcl TVs is 100 megabit. This includes multiple 4 series, a 6 series, and a C series I used to have. All are close to 5g@1300 ac access points. There is effectively no advantage in using the faster wireless, even with a 300 megabit Internet feed. I think the highest bitrate I've seen on ANY streamed HDR or Dolby Vision 4k content is around 50 megabit. The only real advantage in these sets having contemporary wifi speeds is they can have "enough," which I believe to be 50 megabit, at greater distances from your router than an older wifi protocol would be able to provide.

Q: QuestionDoes it have bluetooth
Asked by Karam.
- A:Answer I don’t believe so. It can connect to certain soundbars/speakers and it can connect to your phone via WiFi from the Roku App.
