Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Funny how TCL avoided answering any question on here with regards to problems. When I read your question I thought it sounds similar to our problem. When the screen is having to refreshing quickly we get a vertical line in the center of the screen. One half of the screen becomes slightly darker than the other for a few seconds. It is very annoying. It started happening about three weeks after we purchased it. TCL was zero help on this issue and didnt offer any way for us to get it repaired or replaced. It was going to cost me out of pocket. Of course we could not find the receipt so we could not exchange it either (purchase at a store that rhymes with Ball Mart). So after we power cycled, factory reset, and power cycles some more with customer service we still had no solution. Mind you I am mechanically incline and tech savvy so I had already done all of the above steps prior to calling as well as changing HDMI cables, swapping AVRs, and streaming directly from the smart tv itself. We are still here with a less than proper operating TV. I will never buy a TCL TV again, nor would I recommend anyone to purchase one of these TV with a good conscience. I hope you finally get an answer and I hope TCL will help you more than they helped me, or even stand behind the product enough to make any of us whole.
