QuestionI want to connect to my PHONAK hearing aids. This is normally DONE with Bluetooth or plugging into remote. How can I do this on this TCL TV?

- Answer Our TCL Roku TVs do not currently support Bluetooth. You can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones/hearing aids to your smart phone or tablet. However, the Roku mobile app private listening feature only works for built-in streaming channels and content. It does not work for connected devices like a cable box. Hope this helps! - Answer In order to use the smart features of this TCL Roku TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

QuestionI read some specs on the internet that the 65R646 Google version of This TV has 15 watt speakers but the 65R655 version only has 10 Watt speakers. Is that correct? If so, why would they downgrade the speakers on the Roku version of the TV? 🤯

- Answer The 65r655 has 10 watt x 2 speakers for a total of 20 watts. I personally use a sound bar or wireless headset.

- Answer universal mounts work great choose one that can extend from the wall and can hold the size tv you purchase this will ensure safety and pulling it just a couple inches from the wall will improve sound too
