“Will I have to pay a monthly fee to use all of the built in Roku features? I currently use a Fire TV stick. Will this work with the TV. Basic question I know but am learning. Thank you.”

There is no monthly fee for Roku. If you have Apps that require a subscription, then you would pay those separately.

In order to use the smart features of this TCL Roku TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). There are no fees to simply use the Roku OS. TCL Roku TVs have access to thousands of streaming channels, and over 500,000 movies and tv episodes to fulfill almost any streaming need.
