QuestionCan I pick up this TV and lay flat while transporting it about an hour from the store? If Not , how tall is the box so I know if it will fit in my Honda van?

QuestionI have the 75r635 I connected my hdmi cables just like I had my last tv. It's saying hdmi connection there's a problem with your TV. Try using a different hdmi cable? I have cables that are 4 years old, could this be the issue? Do I need updated ones?

QuestionI plugged in my PC to this TV but I do not see any 1440p 120hz setting. I thought the TV supported 1440p 120hz? Also I only see a few resolutions that show up as 120hz. I was under the impression this was a native 120hz panel.

QuestionWhat is the difference between Google TV and roku TV does either one have more options or is it personal preference?

- Answer Supposedly the Google version is supposed to have a little better picture and support 4k at 120hrz for games BUT! It's been taken off the market after being released and re released vs the Roku version hasn't. The Google version has bugs but if your willing to buy and work thru bugs go for it. The Roku version works almost near flawlessly.

QuestionWe have tried multiple soundbars but this unit ALWAYS loses audio sync eventually no matter which output we choose (eARC, optical or mini). We've tried Samsung, Vizio and even a TCL soundbar, but each one loses sync after a few days. Any hopes for a fix?

- Answer I’m surprised, I have a Bose sound bar connected through ARC and never have lost sync. Try changing the HDMI and restart the TV.
