Q: QuestionDoes anybody know the VESA mounting hole measurements? Specifically, I'm looking for the distance from the top of the TV to the top VESA holes...trying to find the right TV for a tricky wall mounting issue.
Asked by TCLer.
- A:Answer The top of the TV is 14 inches above the top VESA mounting hole. My mounting situation was also unique because I had to move the wall bracket below an outlet.

Q: QuestionBest Buy page says that it has one HDMI 2.1 port for eARC. Is this audio only for 2.1?
Asked by Evan.
- A:Answer I’ve watched a YouTube preview on it yesterday & the video had just been uploaded hrs before. Look up FOMO on YouTube for the video. He said It isn’t 2.1 for video its for e-arc & HDMI is 2.0 not the bandwidth to run 4K HDR at 120 FPS only @ 60 FPS, **but does run Games with HDR & 120 FPS at 1440p resolution. Why the 55” today has 2.1 listed & the 65” is still listed as 2.0 like they both were yesterday needs to be corrected with a 100% guarantee that the specs are as listed

Q: QuestionWhy would you come out with a brand new gaming tv of 2020 and not support hdmi 2.1? I’m really on the fence. The tv looks great, love the Roku option, but other TVs are supporting hdmi 2.1. Do I buy this then regret it when your next tv supports 2.1?
Asked by Psgamer.
- A:Answer It does support eARC, but it serves very little purpose as the audio delay issues and constant random restarts are very irritating. I think this tv runs Windows Vista.

Q: QuestionHDMI 2.1?
Asked by Nelly.
- A:Answer To simplify this answer, It should support every HDMI 2.1 feature except 4K at 120 hz, The chipset caps at 1440p 120hz. So all your 4K/60hz games should run just fine. Those few games that will be 4K/120 hz should just downres to 1440p and still run at 120 hz. Still fully supporting VRR. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong about this but that's the way I understand it from the digging I've done.
