QuestionHow far apart is the legs for the TCL 55Q750G and 55R646 because I have a 47 1/2 inch tv stand and I really want 120hz

- Answer For the 55R646, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 40.4 inches. For 55Q750G when the feet are attached in the traditional way, the feet spacing is approximately 48.2 inches. When the feet are reversed, the feet spacing is approximately 30.1 inches. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

QuestionI have an irregular shaped dark area on the right two thirds of my screen that is visible when starting the tv, and there is a solid color screen. This results in a color shift in part of my screen. Looking at a red automobile, the right half is pink???

QuestionWhy does BestBuy constantly advertise a TV at a price that they have zero intention of honoring? They advertise the tv for $579 but there are exactly zero available at that price. Just goes to show BestBuys lack of ethics. Honor the price to everyone.

- Answer It’s because the tv has been on Clearance for months. I purchased mine in Wichita Kansas while on clearance. Had no issues.

QuestionDoes the TCL 65R646 have something in the middle back of the TV that will allow me to attach a strap and then anchor that strap into a wall stud. I want to use the TV on a stand with the feet, but I also don't want the TV to fall over in an earthquake.

- Answer There are threaded holes for the wall mount. You could insert a screw into one or two holes and attach a strap or small chain to those.

QuestionWhy does the GoogleTV version weigh more than the Roku version of this TV?

- Answer Not sure about the Roku version but the Google version has a very premium feeling metal frame. Software on Google version can be a bit buggy but easily fixed by using a fire 4k stick. Picture is amazing.

QuestionDoes this "upscale" non 4K video input to near 4K resolution? There is a similar feature on the Sony X85 series.

- Answer It has Aipq upscaling which is good but not nearly as good as Samsung, LG, or Sony. Of course, it isn't anywhere close to those prices either. Also while the X85 has the same processor as QLED Sonys, it is just an LED TV with no local dimming so even with upscaling it isn't even in the ballpark of a QLED.
