“Owned TV for a month Sound is great except when streaming movies Have to turn volume to 60+ to hear voices then have to turn volume way down when commercials come on Tried every audio setting with no improvement Older TCL6 series does not have this proble”

Audio level is controlled by individual content providers, not the TV. This TV does not currently feature audio leveling to compensate for this. We are always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you, TCL Customer Support
