• That and left arrow will pull up the guide so u can see whats on.You can scroll up and down and hit enter for that channel.Also They have a Roku app you can also use to control tv from phone or tablet and plug in headphones.The tv also if you connect a 32gb 3.0 usb flash drive you can pause live tv for 90 minutes.

• For over the air channels you would use the arrow keys on the TCL Roku remote to change the channels. Additionally, while watching over the air channels if you push the left arrow key it will bring up the guide. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
