“Is there a way to have it turn off with network standby? When it's off and I use the app on phone to power on, it doesn't find the device until I power it on. (I'm using ethernet). Also, is there a way to manually turn on/off tv?”

Regrettably, when the TV is turned off the TV will disconnect from the Internet. When not connected to the Internet the Roku mobile app will not be able to find the device. There is a physical power button on the TV. The physical power button is located under the status light you can see on the front of the TCL Roku TV. Right under the TCL logo, you will feel 3 buttons; the middle button should be the power button with volume buttons on either side. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
