“How do you adjust the audio/video sync? The audio does not match the video when using sound bar. Tried ARC, and also optical output. Some apps are worse than others, and some devices such as cable box are much worse.”

• same problem - you have to choose PCM or pass-through, not auto - in the audio menu, advanced digital sound out. with one of the options you have the opportunity to adjust the delay
