“What is the actual refresh rate? I know you say the effective rate is 120 Hz. But once again I want to know the actual refresh rate that should be listed under the specifications? Thank you”

• In no way does strobing the backlight at 120Hz make it "effectively" a 120Hz panel. It's a 60Hz panel.
