A:Answerthe are 12 in. there is one thing about hanging this T,V. It mounts low on the TV I had to lower my old mount 12 in down to get the same reveal and viewing. It was a 65 in
A:AnswerI am asking because of the price range for the features. The pricing for the 8 series at $3000 is twice as much as the 75R615/75R617. I guess I should have asked or worded the question better.
Will TCL release a newer 6 series for the 75" at the same price? Or are they going to discontinue the 75" 6 series and make people pay the premium for the 8 series?
A:AnswerThis TCL Roku TV does not feature QLED technology. Our new 6-Series with model numbers ending in R625 and our 8-Series both feature QLED technology. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
A:Answer12” across and 9.25 inches vertically. But there is a ridge 5” below the lower holes and my with universal mounting plate and adjustable mounting support arms did not synchronize with the lower holes. So I could only attach the top two screws. I have a 40” articulated wall mount and so far (1 month) no droop.
A:AnswerNo, you don't need to download any app to use any of the TV's functions. Roku is built in and you can use all of the smart features through your remote.
You will however need to download the Roku app to access some more in depth settings. On a plus side, the Roku app allows you to use your tablet or phone as a remote. You can't use it to turn on the TV but you can use it for everything else including turning off the TV.

A:AnswerInverting the feet is not recommended. The feet on the TV are designed to be attached to the TV as stated in the directions. In order to maintain stability and safety, the feet should be attached as instructed. For this 75 inch TCL Roku TV, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 62.3 inches. Hope this helps! A:AnswerYes they can be reversed. The feet wont fit in the groove though, but the screw should still attach. Be careful though, the screw might not be long enough to provide a secure grip to the tv, i suggest going to a hardware store with the screws and ask for a longer screw.

A:AnswerThe 65" and lower have a 60 Hz refresh rate. The 75" version which launched in 2019 has a 120Hz CMI which refers to the actual display's refresh rate. You will also see a 480 Natural Motion mentioned, this is a strobe effect. As the display will will refresh about every 8ms due to being 120Hz it will also strobe 4 times for each frame (2 ms) giving the illusion of an even higher refresh rate. For a more detailed explanation into the effect you can read here. https://www.cnet.com/news/ultra-hd-4k-tv-refresh-rates/
