“How far from the bottom edge is the center of the two vertical mounting holes? Trying to figure out how low or high the tv will be using current wall mount.”

Since the measurements from the top to the upper mounting holes is 19.9” and the bottom holes are 10” from the bottom,the center will be 20.7” from bottom to center .you should have the service rep at best buy let you measure the display model to make sure.
