Yes, your setup with the Denon AVR-X3800H will support 4K 120fps from your PS5 to the TCL QM8K, but you must connect the video signal from the AVR to either HDMI Port 1 or HDMI Port 2 on the QM8K, as these are the only HDMI 2.1 ports on the TV that support the required bandwidth. You can use the eARC port (Port 4) for audio if desired, but it will not pass the 4K 120Hz video signal.
