QuestionTCL, please tell me what the cooling choices was made for the QM8k and X11K series if passive or active and the amount in degrees of heat dissipation. This is important info as it relates to panel longevity. Less heat = longer lifespan.

QuestionI have the TCL 98” QM8K and the picture quality is great for Nexflix, Prime and Apple movies, however for all SDR content the picture quality is really bad. I’ve tried switching cables, multiple settings and powering the tv off and on.

QuestionIf port 4 is hdmi with eARC is that port hdmi 2.1? If so will it support PS5 120fps when using denon avr-x3800h?

- Answer Yes, your setup with the Denon AVR-X3800H will support 4K 120fps from your PS5 to the TCL QM8K, but you must connect the video signal from the AVR to either HDMI Port 1 or HDMI Port 2 on the QM8K, as these are the only HDMI 2.1 ports on the TV that support the required bandwidth. You can use the eARC port (Port 4) for audio if desired, but it will not pass the 4K 120Hz video signal.

QuestionPlease can you tell me the width of each stand foot (I know they are about 16” long but I really need to know their width). I have an opening exactly 74” wide so I can put the stand in that with the tcl 98” qm8k 2025 against the wall, if the feet fit! Ty.
