“Can anyone tell me the distance from bottom of tv to the tv stand I saw a review of the TCL r754 and it looks like it might have enough room for the 4.5 inch sound bar I want to pair it with but the dimensions here say it's only 3.6 inches of clearance”

If you use the provided feet, the distance between the bottom of the screen and the top of the surface that the TV is on (ex: a TV stand) will be 3.4".
