QuestionI have just bought the TCL TS 8111 and a TCL 50P615K TV I have tried connecting them using HDMI Arc, optical and Bluetooth and the audio does not sync with the picture. I have tried adjusting all settings CEC and PCM - please help

QuestionIs there a recommended bracket to mount this to the TV? Your bar is too deep to work on my make shift brackets. As u can see I have on it's side - works, just not as well.

- Answer This TCL Alto 8i is designed to be wall mounted. As such, there are no recommended brackets. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
