Can this be paired with a smart phone ? null

Hello Bear, The TSR1 has the ability to wirelessly connect to any Roku TV. The TSR1 uses the WiFi that’s built into the Roku TV that they're connecting to. Bluetooth is only for connecting to a mobile device for streaming to the soundbar, not for connecting the soundbar to the TV. Hope this helps! Thank you, Joseph TCL Customer Support

I haven’t tried, but it works off of Bluetooth so I would think that it could be
