“I purchased this soundbar to connect to my Sony 55X900E TV which has an HDMI ARC output but I am unable to get the TCL soundbar to work with the HDMI connection. Is it compatible? Any suggestions? Thanks.”

It is. Did you also adjust the input to ensure the soundbar displays? I’d think as your tv is Bluetooth compatible that would be another way to connect. You just hold down the Bluetooth button for it to display in your sound settings.
